This page sums up how Infyva handles your data and your candidates' data, and links to the controls in your workspace and the full policies.
How Infyva handles interview data
- Scoring is evidence-based. Answers are graded against your job's competencies. Scoring never considers appearance, voice tone, accent or emotions, and the grader never sees the candidate's name or resume. See How scoring works.
- Integrity checks are evidence, not decisions. Every signal is for a person on your team to review. See Integrity evidence.
- No biometric templates. Infyva does not create face templates or voiceprints from interviews and does not use facial recognition to identify candidates. In an AI interview, the camera check counts people in view in the browser and keeps only the count. In a Live AI interview, camera checks run on Infyva's servers: each frame is checked in memory and dropped at once, and only the counts and the times of any notes are kept. The call recording itself is kept for up to 90 days, like other recordings. There is no voice check.
- Nothing biometric is ever sold, leased or traded.
- Data is deleted on a schedule. Recordings after 90 days, transcripts and reports after 2 years, by a daily job. See Data retention and legal holds.
- Candidates can ask for their data or its deletion. Your company decides on deletion requests. See Export and erase data.
