Top-ups are for paid plans. They are not sold during the Pro trial.
Credit top-ups
A top-up adds credits to your company's balance. Top-up credits never expire and stay through renewals and plan changes. They are used after your plan's monthly allowance and any credits granted by Infyva, and they pay for anything credits pay for, Live AI included. There are two packs:

Buy a top-up
Top-ups are added by our team for now; buying them by card in the app is coming.
- In the sidebar, click Settings, then Plan and credits.
- On the Billing tab, under Top-ups, you see Card payments coming soon. Click Request this top-up, or contact sales.
- We add the credits to your balance and send the invoice.
Auto-refill needs card payments, so it isn't available yet.
