How credits work
Available onEvery plan
Everything in Infyva that costs something is paid in credits, from one balance for your whole company.
What uses credits
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| A completed AI interview (voice, video or phone) | 1 |
| A completed Vibe coding round | 1 |
| An ID check the candidate completes, on a job that asks for one | 1 more |
| A Live AI interview | 0.5 for every minute of conversation |
| Generating or editing questions | None |
| Trying the interview yourself with Try it as a candidate | None |
Live AI by the minute
Minutes round up to the next whole minute, with a minimum of 1 minute, so a conversation of 12 minutes and 10 seconds counts as 13 minutes. Because a minute costs half a credit, balances can show half credits, such as 12.5 credits. For example, a 20-minute interview uses 10 credits. See Live AI credits and billing.
Held when you invite, returned if it doesn't happen
- When you send an invite, Infyva holds the credits it can use.
- When the candidate finishes, the hold becomes a charge. For Live AI, only the minutes used are charged and the rest comes back. See Live AI credits and billing.
- If the interview is cancelled, the link expires, or the candidate doesn't finish, the hold is returned automatically.
If a candidate withdraws after giving real answers, the AI work was done and the credit is kept. If they withdraw without answering, it comes back.
Your balance
Your plan gives your company a monthly allowance of credits: 30 on Starter, 150 on Pro and 600 to start on Enterprise. The Pro trial gives 20 credits, one time. Credits belong to the company, not to each user, and every teammate draws from the same balance.
| Balance | Where it comes from | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| From your plan | Your monthly allowance | Resets each month. Unused credits don't roll over. |
| Granted by Infyva | Credits we add to your account | Kept when your plan changes |
| Top-ups | Credits you buy | Never expire, and stay through renewals and plan changes |
Your plan's allowance is used first, then granted credits, then top-ups. The trial's allowance is one time and does not reset.
Check your balance
In the sidebar, click Settings, then Plan and credits. The Billing tab shows what you have left in each balance, what is held for interviews not finished yet, use per teammate, and every change. Owners and admins can see this page.
When you run out
New interviews can't be sent until you add a top-up or change plan. Interviews already sent still run, because their credits are already held.
