Credits update
One currency: credits. Your balance is now counted in credits. A credit pays for an AI interview, a Vibe coding round or an ID check. There is no separate balance for AI interviews or Live AI minutes any more. Monthly credits and other plan limits belong to your company, not to each user. Read more
Live AI on every paid plan. Live AI interviews are now on Starter too, and use credits from the same balance at 0.5 credit per minute of conversation, so a 20-minute interview is 10 credits. Minutes round up to the next whole minute, and balances can show half credits. You choose the length per job, from 20 to 60 minutes in 5-minute steps. Read more
Basic CV screening on Starter. Every plan now gives each resume a match score with a short reason, and lets you sort candidates by score. Full ranking, comparison and analytics stay on Pro and Enterprise. Read more
Coding on Pro and Enterprise. Vibe coding rounds and coding questions in AI interviews are on Pro and Enterprise. Read more
New prices. Starter is $39 a month with 30 credits, Pro is $149 a month with 150 credits, and Enterprise starts from $499 a month with 600 credits. The trial gives 20 credits. Top-ups are 50 credits for $69 or 200 for $259. Read more
Annual plans paid upfront. Annual billing is now paid upfront for the year, at the annual price. Read more
Locked features stay visible. Features your plan doesn't include show greyed out, with a badge naming the plan that has them, such as Available on Pro. Read more
Release 1 · October 2026
View-only report links for hiring managers. Every review email and daily digest now links to a read-only copy of the report that works for 30 days, with no account. Recruiters can revoke a link, or every link for one manager, from the candidate. Removing a manager from a job, erasing their data or closing the workspace turns their links off. Read more
One take per answer. In AI interviews, stopping the recording submits the answer, as in a real interview. If nothing was heard, the candidate can record again while time remains. A reload, a dropped connection or a lost microphone never costs an answer or a warning. Read more
Clearer Live AI interviews. Candidates are told when Nova couldn't join, and those sessions are never scored or billed. An ended Live AI interview can't be joined or restarted. Camera-off time shows as a note on the report. Read more
Fairer reports. A held report, one with too little evidence to score, shows no score anywhere: on the report, in the interview list, in Compare, in hiring-manager emails and in the digest. Once a report exists, only Infyva can re-grade it, and a re-grade that changes the score sends a correction. Read more
Improvements
- Vibe coding: edits not yet saved are sent in the last seconds before time runs out, and the done screen says when time ran out. Read more
- Reports: Retry on a failed report transcribes again the answers whose transcription failed. A report still waiting on transcripts is never marked failed.
- Withdrawals: the candidate's record shows how many questions they saw and answered before leaving.
- Emails: the daily hiring digest, hiring-manager review emails, candidate decline and talent pool emails, account emails and auto-refill emails now carry your branding.
- Languages: Spanish candidate messages address the candidate formally.
Fixes and security
- Live AI: the minutes used are billed whether or not a recording was saved; the room stays open through the interviewer's reconnect window.
- Candidate material: resumes and answers are always treated as data, never as instructions to the AI.
- Access: stage, status and outcome changes check edit rights; viewers can't change candidates.
- Uploads: the monthly bulk upload limit is reserved as you upload, so two uploads at once can't go past it.
- Privacy: private link tokens are removed from logs.
