Publish a careers page

Available onEvery plan
Who can do thisOwners, admins and recruiters

Your careers page lists your open jobs, with an apply form that adds people straight to the job. You can link to it or embed it on your own website.

Publish the page

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings, then Careers page.
  2. Turn on Publish my careers page.
  3. Optional: fill in the rest of the page.
    • Headline and Introduction: a few lines about your company and how you hire.
    • Company website and Your privacy policy: linked from the page footer.
    • Email for adjustment requests: shown on each job so people can ask for an adjustment to apply or interview. Without it, the page tells them to ask the hiring team when they are contacted.
    • Show an equal opportunity statement on each job: on by default. Leave Your statement empty to use the standard statement, translated into the page's language.
    • Show the "Find the right role" helper: asks visitors two or three questions and suggests your open jobs that fit. It only suggests jobs on the page, and nothing visitors type is stored.
  4. Click Save.

On Pro and Enterprise, the page uses your logo and colours from Branding. On Starter, it shows your company name on Infyva's styling. See Branding and white label.

Choose which jobs are listed

The Jobs on the page list shows every job and whether it is listed.

  • Active jobs are listed unless you hide them. Click Hide or Show next to a job.
  • Draft jobs appear once you activate them.
  • Sample jobs are never listed.

To show a location, work type or salary on a job, open the job, click Settings > Job settings, and fill in Careers page listing: Location, Work type (Remote, Hybrid or On-site) and Salary range (per year). Click Save listing. Empty fields stay hidden.

Share or embed the page

Once the page is published, Share and embed shows its link and an embed snippet.

  1. To link to it, copy the address next to Your page.
  2. To embed it, click Copy snippet and paste the snippet into your site where the jobs should appear.

The snippet looks like this, with your own address and company name filled in:

html
<div id="infyva-careers"></div>
<script src="https://www.infyva.ai/careers-embed.js" data-company="your-company" async></script>

The embedded page resizes itself to fit its content.

Decide whether applicants send a CV

Each job decides whether a CV is required.

  1. Open the job and click Settings > Job settings.
  2. Under Careers page applications, turn Ask for a CV on or off. The default depends on the role's seniority. Click Use the default for this role to go back to it.
  3. Click Save settings.

With a CV required, applicants attach a PDF or Word file up to 10 MB, and it is read and scored against the job. With it off, applicants who skip the CV still join the job, without a resume score. Automatic invites go by resume score, so applicants without a CV are never invited automatically.

What applicants agree to

People who apply agree to a short notice: your company decides on their application, Infyva processes it for you, and they can ask for their data to be deleted. Applications are kept for 2 years.

Automatic invites for careers applicants

Auto-invite careers applicants is off by default. Anyone can apply on a public page with any email address, so turning it on lets strangers trigger invites, and each invite holds 1 credit. See Resume screening and ranking.
