Retry and re-grading ​

Reports are made automatically when an interview ends. If a report fails, your team can build it again. Once a report exists, only Infyva can re-grade it, so a score can't be regenerated until it looks better.

Automatic retries ​

If a report gets stuck while it is being made, Infyva tries again on its own. A stuck report is retried up to 3 times. If it still doesn't finish, it fails with:

The report did not finish after several automatic attempts. Use Retry to try again.

While a report is being made, the reports list shows Generating report.

Retry a failed report ​

  1. In the sidebar, click Reports.
  2. Find the interview marked Report failed.
  3. Click Retry. The button shows Retrying... while it works.

Only one build runs at a time. If someone on your team already started one, you see The report is already being generated.

Ask for a re-grade ​

Your team can't re-grade a report that already exists. If you try, you see:

This interview already has a report. Contact support if it looks wrong.

To ask for a re-grade:

  1. Email support@infyva.ai.
  2. Include the candidate's name, the job and a link to the report.
  3. Tell us what looks wrong.

We review the report and re-grade it if needed. Every re-grade is recorded.

What happens when a re-grade changes the score ​

  • The report gets the new score, and its band and next step are saved again. See How scoring works.
  • Infyva sends one correction:
    • Your webhooks get report.ready again, with correction: true, previous_report_id and previous_score. See Webhooks.
    • A connected ATS gets the new score in place of the old one.
