Client branding for agencies

Available onEnterprise
Who can do thisOwners and admins

If you hire for clients, agency mode lets each job carry a client. Candidates and hiring managers on that job see the client's brand instead of yours.

Turn on agency mode

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings, then Clients.
  2. Turn on Agency mode.

Agency mode adds a client to every job, client filters on Jobs, Today and Reports, and per-client branding.

Add a client

  1. On Settings > Clients, under Your clients, click Add client.
  2. Enter the Client name.
  3. Optional: set a Brand colour. Without one, the client's pages use your own colour.
  4. Optional: upload a Logo: PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB. Without one, pages show the client's name.
  5. Optional: under Contacts, click Add a contact and enter a name, email and role. You can add up to 10. Contacts are suggested when you share a shortlist with a hiring manager.
  6. Under White label, set the Name shown to candidates if it differs from the client name, and choose whether "Powered by Infyva" on this client's pages is Same as your workspace, Hide it or Show it.
  7. Click Add client.

To change a client later, click Edit next to it, then Save. Click Archive to hide a client you no longer work with, and Restore to bring it back. Tick Show archived to see archived clients.

Put a client on a job

  1. Open the job, open the More job actions menu and click Edit job. When you create a job, the same field is on the new-job form.
  2. Under Client, pick the client. Choose No client (your own brand) to use your own branding.

On an existing job, the client is saved as soon as you pick it and the field shows Saved. On the new-job form, it is saved with the job. The field then confirms who candidates and hiring managers will see, for example Candidates and hiring managers see Northwind Labs's brand.

Where the client's brand shows

A job with a client shows that client's branding on:

  • Candidate pages for the job.
  • Invite and reminder emails.
  • The hiring manager review page and shortlists.
  • The report PDF.

Your workspace's own branding still applies to jobs with no client. See Branding and white label.
