Notifications ​

Each person chooses which optional emails they get from Infyva. Your choices don't change anyone else's.

Choose your optional emails ​

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Under Email preferences, turn each one on or off:
    • Product updates: new features and changes to how Infyva works.
    • Plan and upgrade offers: offers related to your plan, credits and upgrades.

Changes save as you make them. The page shows Saved.

Pause all optional email ​

Turn on Pause all optional email to stop every email above, including any you turned on. Turn it off to go back to your choices.

Emails that are always sent ​

Account and security emails, like sign-in codes, password resets and team invitations, are always sent. You can't turn them off.

Notifications under the bell ​

Updates about candidates, interviews and support replies appear under the bell at the top of every page. They can't be switched off. Mark them as read from the bell.

Hiring managers ​

Hiring managers aren't members, so they don't use this page. You choose what they get on each job. See Send candidates to a hiring manager and The daily digest.
