Talent pool and rediscovery ​

Good candidates you didn't hire are worth remembering. Save them to your talent pool, and Infyva suggests them when a new job needs their skills. When you open a new job, the Sourcing tab ranks everyone your company already knows against it. Only your company's own records are used.

Save a candidate to the talent pool ​

  1. Open the job and click the candidate.
  2. In the candidate's menu, click Add to talent pool.
  3. Optional: add Tags, separated by commas, and Why keep them?.
  4. Click Add to talent pool.

You can also add a whole CSV list to the pool when you import it. See Add candidates.

Work with the talent pool ​

In the sidebar, click Talent pool. Each entry shows the person's last resume score, tags, a snapshot of their skills, why you kept them and when they were last contacted.

  • Search by name, email or tag, or filter by tag or skill.
  • Click Show archived to see archived entries.
  • From an entry's menu, click Contact to reach out, or Archive to remove it from suggestions.

People who unsubscribed from your company's recruiting emails are marked Unsubscribed and can't be contacted from here.

See talent pool matches on a job ​

When people in your pool share enough of a job's required skills, the job's Candidates tab shows a note such as "3 people from your talent pool match this role." Click See matches to review them and reach out.

Matching compares skill names and suggests up to 25 people.

Rediscover people on the Sourcing tab ​

Open a job and click the Sourcing tab. Rediscover people you already know ranks your talent pool, past applicants, imported lists, careers page applicants and ATS imports against the job.

  1. Filter by Source (Talent pool, Past applicants, Imported lists, Careers page or ATS imports), Score, Last active or a search.
  2. Tick Interviewed before to see only people who already took an interview with you.
  3. Read the reasons under each person to see why they match.
  4. Next to a person, click Add to this job, or Add and invite to add them and send the interview invite. To add several, tick them and click Add selected to this job (the button shows the number, for example Add 3 selected to this job).

How rediscovery ranks people ​

Everyone gets a keyword score that compares the skills in their records with the job's skills. The top 25 are then read by AI against the job's skills and summary, and are labelled AI match. If the AI is busy or unavailable, every score is a keyword match until it finishes.

Reach out with an email sequence ​

On the Sourcing tab you can also add selected people to an outreach email sequence. Click Add selected to a sequence.
